We are OraPadel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Legal Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. OUR SERVICES

We provide e-commerce services and sell products under the OraPadel brand. Information on the Services may not be appropriate or available in every location. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • You will not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We may suspend or refuse service if we believe activity is suspicious, fraudulent, or violates these Legal Terms.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We try to display product information accurately, including colors and specifications. However, screens can display colors differently, and we cannot guarantee exact appearance.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices may change without notice.

4. PAYMENTS

We accept secure payment methods made available at checkout (for example: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other providers).

By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

If a payment is declined or flagged by a processor, the order may not be completed.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times and estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping page and/or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by location, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our Returns & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please review it before making a purchase.

To request a return, refund, or exchange, contact support@orapadel.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

7. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the timeframe and conditions stated. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos, and website design) is owned by or licensed to OraPadel and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.

  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you’re not authorized to access.

  • Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Services without permission.

  • Infringe on our intellectual property or the rights of others.

We may restrict or terminate access if prohibited activity is suspected.

10. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, comments, or suggestions (“Submissions”), you agree they are truthful and do not violate any laws or rights of others.

By providing Submissions, you grant OraPadel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display them for business purposes (such as marketing or product improvement).

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OraPadel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to OraPadel for the applicable order.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@orapadel.com. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
