Returns and exchanges within the United States are eligible within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags and protective films intact. To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@orapadel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

Rest of the World

For international customers, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly. For assistance, email support@orapadel.com with your order number and region.

Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. If you paid via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, processing times may vary slightly.

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every ORA Padel product. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@orapadel.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue along with your order number. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
