At OraPadel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Information
To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless defective.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at support@orapadel.com.
We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
If your request is submitted within 1 hour of placing your order, we can usually stop it before processing.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@orapadel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Before an exchange is approved, our team may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. This helps us resolve the matter efficiently and determine the best solution for you.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.
