Can I return a racquet if it doesn't feel right?
Yes. You may return your racquet within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original condition. We understand that performance and feel matter — simply contact orapadelco@gmail.com to start the process.
When will I receive my exhange or refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your refund or replacement has been issued.

To preserve performance and finish:

Does your racquet come with a warranty?
No, ORA Padel racquets do not include a warranty. Each racquet is handcrafted and inspected for quality before shipping. Damage from gameplay, impact, or improper storage is not covered — please handle your racquet with care to preserve its condition.
